Background:


As an important supporting facility for new energy vehicles, charging piles have been widely deployed and applied in cities. With the increasing usage, the possibility of users encountering problems in the charging process is also increasing. For example, charging piles cannot start or stop normally, payment anomalies, and so on. These problems not only affect user experience and charging efficiency, but also bring management difficulties and risks to enterprises and properties.


In order to solve these problems, we have launched the i86 One-Touch Help Terminal, which aims to provide convenient, fast and intelligent service guarantee to help users better enjoy the convenience of charging.


Solution:


Emergency call:

Emergency call i86 devices are installed at key locations of charging piles. When users encounter problems, they only need to press a button to trigger the help signal.


Connection with monitoring center:

The emergency call button is connected to the monitoring center, when the user presses the button, the monitoring center will immediately receive the help signal and can accurately determine the user's location and problem.


Rapid Response:

Based on the user's request and location information, the monitoring center can quickly send relevant personnel to the scene to solve the problem or provide other help and advice.


Realize logging:

The system can also log and store all help requests for subsequent analysis to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
