Background:

Requirements:


Need to support customers in the hotel elevator, floor corridors, halls and other areas of the one-key help intercom, to prevent emergencies customers can not call for help or the hotel response is not timely and other issues.

In order to enhance the customer's hotel service experience, IP phones should be equipped in the guest rooms to realize one-key quick call service hotline or AI intelligent consultation.

In order to protect the fire safety of the hotel, the smoke concentration in the guest rooms, corridors, elevators and other areas should be detected in real time, and when it reaches the upper limit of a certain concentration, it will trigger an alarm broadcast to warn the customers and the staff to evacuate in time, so as to protect the safety of people and property.

It needs to meet the efficient communication of the hotel internal staff and support the collaborative communication of fixed positions and mobile positions, and should be equipped with desktop and portable phones to realize the barrier-free communication in different areas, and can quickly arrange personnel to respond to customer needs.

The switch in the server room is connected to a set of VoIP voice communication servers.
