Updates
- Note: There are two different versions for firmware on desktop IP phones, you can check the hardware version of your phone from web or display information. Hardware version V1.1.0 is 16M. For the hardware version like V1.2.0.1.2.1.0, if the last number is 0 means the flash of your phone is 16M otherwise is 32M. These features including EHS headsets, 5GHz Wi-Fi dongle, USB call recording are only available for FIP13G/FIP14G (flash 32M).
- Please check the Loader version before updating the firmware. If the Loader version is lower than V0.0.10, you need to upgrade the Loader file before updating the firmware. If the Loader version is later than V0.0.10, you can upgrade the firmware directly.
- Check the Loader version: Login to the phone's web interface -> Status -> Basic -> Product Information -> Loader Version. Upgrade the Loader version: Login to the phone's web interface -> Administration -> Firmware Upgrade -> Local Upgrade -> Select the Loader file to upgrade.
