How to upgrade a new firmware for Wireless IADs?

1 Download the newest firmware from our website www.flyingvoice.com;

2 Login the webpage of your Wireless IAD, go to Administration-->Upgrade page;

3 Click to select the firmware you want to upgrade and click to begin upgrading;

4 The IAD will upgrade automatically and reboot itself; after the phone reboots, user can relogin the webpage and have a look at the firmware version to check if the IAD has upgraded successfully.

Notice: 1) Do not power off or disconnect the network when the IAD is upgrading; these may damage the VoIP ATA or the firmware file;

2) Please contact with the technical support when user can not upgrade the firmware successfully.
